Terms & Conditions

1. Package & Pricing
Services are offered as monthly recurring prepaid packages. Monthly engagement billed recurringly excluding taxes. One-time deliverables are billed separately.
2. Content & Materials
Deliverables include agreed content creation. Additional posters, reels, or videos beyond scope will be charged extra.
3. Approvals & Brand Assets
Client must provide logos, brand guidelines, and approvals on time. EQMax is not responsible for delays due to late submissions.
5. Payment Terms
Prepaid, non-cancellable once invoice is generated. Invoice issued on 1st of each month, payable by 5th.
6. Termination & Refunds
30-day written notice required. Fees are non-refundable once work commences.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of shared information.
